Taiwan Supreme Metal & Taiwan Supreme Metal Packaging Co., Ltd. is located in ShinFeng Township of Hsinchu County, covering an area of 34,200 square meters. It mainly produces various kinds of aluminum EOEs for beer & beverage containers as well as aluminum two-piece cans for beer and other beverages.

Major Events of Supreme Metal

  • In June 1987, Hong Kong Lam Soon established Lam Soon Industries Inc (current Taiwan Supreme Metal).
  • In July 1988, the first two automatic lines of the EOE plant started mass production.
  • In January 1989, the third and the fourth EOE lines were completed and started mass production.
  • In October 1994, it was certified to the ISO9002-1994 Quality Standard.
  • In March 1999, investment was made on facilities for rectangular ends and mass production formally commenced in June.
  • In March 2000, molding equipment was added to develop large open ends and production commenced.
  • In June 2003, it was certified to the ISO9001-2000 Quality Standard.
  • In February 2008, China Metal Package purchased Packaging Division of Hong Kong Lam Soon Industries.
  • In March 2008, the name of Lam Soon Industries Inc. was formally changed to Taiwan Supreme Metal Co., Ltd. .
  • In September 2008, the plant was relocated from Hukou Country to Shin Feng Township in Hsinchu County.
  • In January 2009, it was certified to the ISO9001-2008 Quality Standard.
  • In December 2012, it was certified to the FSSC 22000 for PAS 223 Food Safe System Certification

Major Events of Supreme Metal Packaging

  • In December 1988, Lam Soon Industries and Ball Corporation from US established a two-piece can joint investment in Taiwan known as Lam Soon Ball Yamamura Inc. (current Taiwan Supreme Metal Packaging).
  • In April 1990, the production lines for aluminum two-piece cans were completed for trial run and mass production.
  • In October 1994, it was certified to the ISO9002-1994 Quality Standard.
  • In June 2003, it was certified to the ISO9001-2000 Quality Standard.
  • In February 2008, China Metal Package purchased Packaging Division of Hong Kong Lam Soon Industries.
  • In June 2008, the name of Lam Soon Ball Yamamura Inc. was formally changed to Taiwan Supreme Metal Packaging Co., Ltd.
  • In January 2009, it was certified to the ISO9001-2008 Quality Standard.
